Indemnification
You agree to release, indemnify, and defend its owners, employees, and agents from all third-party claims and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (1) your use of the service (2) your conduct or interactions with other users of the services; (3) your breech of this agreement.
There may be a risk not known or not reasonably foreseeable to the released party and that before participating the participant agrees to inspect their facility and equipment to be used and if they think anything is unsafe, immediately stop the activity. CHECK
Responsibility Agreement and Notices
This is a caregiver-child participation program only. I understand that I am responsible for the safety of my own child while participating in the zoom group. I understand that Circle of Friends nor any of its owners, employees, or agents can or will assume incident affecting the safety of my child while in the zoom group, or following the suggestions offered in the group or any of its leaders or any other recorded professionals or activities.
Cancellation, Refund, & Code of Conduct Policy
I understand that there will be NO REFUNDS/credits, partial refunds/credits, deductions in cost, or guaranteed admittance to any other group or session in the case of my absence, cancellation, or withdrawal from any specific group, or total session, for any reason after the registration deadline. At the discretion of Circle of Friends, a makeup date or refund will be offered for any specific group cancelled by Circle of Friends.
Video Release
I hereby authorize Circle of Friends permission to use photographs and videos taken of me and/or the undersigned minor child, and our names, for the following purposes: training and educational purposes, including professional development workshops, promotional and marketing purposes on the world wide web including Circle of Friends website and social media. I release Circle of Friends from any expectation of confidentiality for the undersigned minor children and myself and attest that I am the parent or legal guardian of the children listed below and that I have the authority to authorize Circle of Friends to use their photographs, videos and names. I acknowledge that since participation in training products produced by Circle of Friends is voluntary, neither the minor children nor I will receive financial compensation. I further agree that participation in any training materials by Circle of Friends confers no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release Circle of Friends, its contractors and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation or the participation of the undersigned minor children.
